Circuit gym

Circuit training is a revolutionary concept that has helped many people achieve amazing results. Our circuit lasts for 35 minutes and all you need is 3 sessions per week to obtain effective results.

The purpose of circuit training is to keep you exercising at 70-80% of your maximal heart rate. Many people go to the gym and push themselves as hard as they can thinking this is the best way to get quick results, but in actual fact, training above 80% of your maximal heart rate takes you away from 'burning fat' and into cardio vascular strength training (which increases your aerobic fitness).  This is fine if your goal is to increase your fitness but not ideal if you aim is to lose weight. 

We use pin-loaded weights to provide the resistance needed to tone and strengthen muscles and varied aerobic concepts to help keep your heart rate within the best 'zone' to burn fat. 

As circuit training utilises high-low impact exercises, it is suitable for anyone including those are that injured or have low fitness levels. It is also suitable for the elderly.
