Our Pilates technique is different to most. A strong emphasis on pelvic floor and Transverse Abdominis (TA) activation ensures our participants see amazing benefits. For further information about Pilates & Yoga click here  

 

Our next Pilates/Zumba® course will run from Monday July 12th 2010 and runs for 10 weeks. To reserve your place in any of our classes, please fill in the form below, call our office on 9311 8271 or email us info@platinumhealth.net.au. Please note all classes run subject to demand and bookings for Pilates classes are essential. All floor classes (excluding Zumba®) have a maximum of 8-12 participants per class and Pilates reformer classes have a maximum of 4 people per class. Click on the pdf icon to download the class timetable. Casual Passes only available for Yoga, Zumba®, Zumba® Express and Abs classes.
