Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away! No booking required. Classes run for 1 Hour.   

  

Pilates mat classes: Various levels from Beginner to intermediate designed to improve core strength & posture, stretch & strengthen the body. Booking required. Classes are 45mins long & run in 10 week intervals.

Pilates Reformers: Pilates exercises on a machine that is designed to provide resistance and challenge all major muscle groups. Booking required. Classes are 45mins long & run in 10 week intervals.           

Pole Fit Classes

   Zumba Toning

               

  Yoga (Hatha) Classes

                             

Pole fit: Learn a fun choreographed routine whilst toning your body! Pole Fit classes are a fun, tamer version of pole dancing. Booking required. Classes are 45mins long & run in 10 week intervals. 

Zumba toning incorporates toning sticks (like maracas) into the routine to help tone and strengthen your body. No bookings required. Classes run for 45mins 

Yoga: (Hatha) Balance mind and body through postures, controlled breathing and meditation. No booking required. Classes run for 1hr 15mins.  

Abs Classes

Boxing Classes

Pole Boot Camp Classes

Abs: ½ Hr class focused on challenging the abdominal muscles. No booking required. Classes run for 30mins.

Boxing: A high intensity workout based on traditional boxing principles suitable for all fitness levels. Class incorporates technique (pads and bag work), cardiovascular, core strength and coordination training. No booking required.  Classes run for 45mins. 

Pole boot camp: A 30 minute boot camp session using the pole for greater resistance training. Designed to work out all major muscle groups. Booking required. Sessions run for 30mins. 

Boot Camp Classes

Boot camp: A 30 minute intense boot camp style session incorporating resistance & cardio training. Aimed to work all major muscle groups. During our 8 week team challenges, boot camp sessions are closed to those participating in the challenge only, outside of the 8 week challenges, boot camp sessions are open to all & no booking is required. Classes run for 30mins.
